In 2005, Julie and Justin Reddington moved from the United Kingdom to the United States for what was meant to be a two-year adventure. Two decades later, that move has shaped a family business built on practical experience, strong systems and steady judgement.

Julie began her residential property career in Colorado in 2006, learning the business from the ground up. She built a reputation for clear communication, disciplined negotiation and protecting her clients’ position at every stage. Justin joined the business in 2018 after a senior corporate career, bringing operational structure and strategic oversight.

In 2025, their daughter Isabelle joined the family business after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a degree in marketing. Her expertise strengthens the team’s positioning, presentation and client communication.

Today, The Reddingtons operate across both the US and the UK, with an expanded presence in Denver, Chicago, London and the wider UK residential market. Julie now works with clients buying and selling property in both continents bringing the service standards and structured approach she developed in the US to the UK market.

Having relocated internationally themselves, they understand the realities of moving between countries. For clients transitioning from the US to the UK — or from the UK to the US — The Reddingtons can also connect them with trusted mortgage advisers, transferring monies, and other financial specialists on both sides of the Atlantic.
